See what the AI features cost

Read the AI page: what your organisation’s use of Yes Chef’s AI features has cost, by feature and by day, against the daily limit.

Who can do this: Admins only (“See what the AI features cost”). It cannot be given to another level.

WebChecked

Some parts of Yes Chef use AI models, such as Ask Yes Chef. The AI page is one ledger of what those calls cost, for the whole organisation. Figures are in US dollars, and days are counted in UTC, so in British summer time a day here starts an hour after your own.

Go to Settings, then AI

  1. Open Settings, then AI.
  2. Read the tiles along the top: Today, Last 7 days, the range you have chosen, Calls, Refused and Limit today.
  3. Choose the range at the top right: 7, 30 or 90 days. The arrows step back and forward a range at a time, and Today returns to now.
  4. Scroll down for Cost by day, then the tables By feature and By day. Each table can be sorted, searched and exported.

What the tiles and tables say

  • Limit today: what has been spent today against the organisation’s daily limit, with a bar that turns amber, then red, as the limit gets near. At the limit it reads Limit reached.
  • Refused: calls that were not made.
  • By feature: each feature that used a model, with its Provider, Model, Cost, Share of the total, cost Per call and number of Calls.
  • Providers: the model providers in use, and what was spent with each. The section is marked AI off while the AI features are switched off.
  • Not counted: the few things the ledger cannot price exactly, listed so the total is not taken for more than it is.
