See your shifts
Find when you are working on your iPhone, open a shift to see where and what, and look at the rest of the team’s week.
Your shifts are on the phone. You see a week once your manager has published it, never before.
Find your shifts
- Open Shifts on the bar. If it is not on your bar, open Me and press My shifts.
- The screen is My shifts, on this week. Use the arrows beside the dates to go back or forward a week.
- Your shifts are listed under each day. A note your manager has left for the day shows under its heading. Week total at the foot adds up your hours.
- Tap a shift to open it. You see the times, the day and how long it is, then Type, Area and Place, and any Notes left for you.
See who else is on
Press Team rota at the foot of My shifts. It shows everyone’s shifts at your location for the same week, to look at only.
When the rota changes
- When a week is published you get a line in Inbox, and an alert if your phone has alerts on.
- If your manager adds, changes or removes one of your shifts after that, you are told the same way, at once.
- A shift you have opened before stays readable without a signal. One that was never loaded on this phone says Not saved offline until you are back online.
If it doesn’t work
- “No shifts this week” · “Nothing on the rota for you.”
- Either you are not working that week, or the week has not been published yet. Shifts on a draft are not shown to you. The Open shifts button under the message lists shifts that need cover.
- “No rota yet” · “This week hasn’t been published yet.”
- You opened Team rota for a week your manager is still building.
- “Shift not available” · “It’s been taken off the rota.”
- The shift was removed, or given to someone else, after you were sent it. Check My shifts for what you have now.
- A shift is missing that your manager says is there
- Ask them to check the week is published and that the shift is in your name.
