See staff sales from the till
Use the Performance page to see what each person sold, their covers and spend per head, and which till sales are credited to nobody.
Once the till’s logins are matched to people, every sale is credited to whoever rang it. The Performance page adds those up for each person.
On the web
Go to Performance
- Pick the location in the sidebar.
- Pick the period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days.
- The Servers table has a row for each person with sales: Sales, Covers, Spend / head and a Score, where 1.0 is the team average. Click a column heading to sort.
- Click a person to see their days one by one in a second table underneath.
- Look at Not credited at the foot. It lists the till logins whose sales went to nobody, with what each rang.
On the phone
In chat mode, anyone can ask “How were my sales this month?”. People who can see the team’s performance can ask “Who are the top earners this month?”. See Ask a question.
Why some sales are not credited
The Not credited list gives each login a kind:
- To match Nobody has said whose login it is. Match it and its sales are credited.
- Shared A login marked as shared, such as one for the bar. Its sales count for the restaurant and for no one person.
- No login Sales the till recorded without a member of staff.
To put it right, see Match till logins to people. If you may match logins, there is a button for it on the Not credited section.
If it doesn’t work
- “Not available to you.”
- You do not hold “See the team’s performance”.
- “Pick a location to see its server performance.”
- The sidebar is on “All locations”. Pick one.
- “No performance data for this period yet.”
- Nobody has credited sales in the period. Check that a till is connected and that its logins are matched.
- Someone is missing from the table
- Their till login is not matched to them, or they rang nothing in the period. Look for their login under Not credited.
